Canary Island Holidays In Lanzarote
The Canaries are a seven strong group of islands located off the west coast of Africa. But despite this location they are in fact owned by Spain – who conquered this archipelago back in the 1400´s. Using the islands as a springboard for their creation of empire in the New World.
Today the islands are very much reliant on tourism and Tenerife is probably the best known destination in the chain.
